Spa Etiquette

Appointments and Cancellations

It is recommended that you make your appointments at least 1-2 weeks in advance when possible. Many of our technicians are booked from 2-4 weeks in advance. However, we encourage you to check with us when you feel spontaneous - we may have something for you. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time on your first visit.

The time listed for each service is approximate for booking purposes.

It is our custom to give you a reminder call the day before to confirm your appointment. If we do not speak directly to you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment. As a courtesy to other clients and technicians, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Arriving late for your appointment will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

We sincerely appreciate your business and we know that our clients are our business. We are here for you, to serve you, and... we need your help in maintaining the flow. Children

Please consider others by leaving small children at home so that you and others may relax and enjoy a peaceful session.

Cell Phones and Pagers

With respect for all other clients attending the spa, please turn off your cell phone or pager while in the spa. Using your cell phone during a session slows your technician and service time will be adjusted in order to finish on time.

Gratuities and Payment

Gratuities are not expected, however, they are appreciated and at your discretion. We accept cash, personal check, Mastercard, and Visa as payment for spa transactions.

Pregnancy

In many cases, we are able to provide services during pregnancy. If you have concerns, please consult with your health care provider to provide you with sound advice concerning the service in question. We have found that if you are concerned about a particular service, then it should not be performed.
